We are a family based martial arts program great for all ages both kids and adults. We help build self confidence, focus, weight loss and empowering minds.

ICW was founded by World Martial Arts Champion Teon Bynum in 1995. We have been in the DMV community for 13 years. ICW is a Mix Martial Arts system and our students are trained in the following:
